2-4 business days to process payment, pick your items, pack your order, and transfer it to USPS. You will receive a delivery date after the package has shipped and will vary depending on your location.

Processing times may increase if item has "2-week turnround" in description.

We DO NOT offer 2-day shipping. All packages are sent out via USPS ground advantage.

We understand that buying online can be tricky without having seen the actual product or trying it on. With that in mind, we happily accept returns and exchanges based on a few T&C's listed below:

Returns:

Customers may return unworn and unwashed items within 30 days from delivery date. Upon inspection of the item, customers will be issued a refund for the cost of the merchandise and sales tax associated with the transaction to the original form of payment. Shipping charges paid on the original order will not be refunded on returns made online or in-store. If a customer requests to return an item after 30 days, they will be issued store credit, upon inspection of the item.

We do not accept returns for sale items.

Exchange:

Customers may exchange unworn and unwashed items within 30 days from delivery date. Please include a note with your information and the item you would like to exchange for.

We do not provide exchanges for sale items.
